Being a great fan of lists – we have a special list just for this. We call it our Soul Treat List.
The list is individual – so you need to write your own. Keep it in a handy place like on your phone. Include big things, small things, free things, expensive things, activities that take a little time and some that take a lot of time - just make sure all of them fill you up with energy.
Lucy’s list has things like a foot bath, a swim in the sea, reading a book, a day at the spa and phoning her sister on it.
Signe’s list has dancing to music, going for a bike ride, eating dark chocolate and a day at the spa.
